TampTamp fans! We want to remind you that Neil Oney, TampTamp’s vice president, will be competing this weekend at the North East Regional Barista competition. He is competitor number 8, so be sure to tune in on Friday afternoon to watch his performance! If you are in the Boston area, we definitely recommend you stop by as well (directions are at The NERBC site). We look forward to seeing how all 30+ competitors do this weekend and welcome a visit from all of them at the TampTamp 4th machine. In addition to our presence this weekend, TampTamp is also happy to announce we’ll be around Boston every month for the rest of the year! We’ve added a schedule of public classes at Coffee Solutions lab in Hopedale, MA. Our first Brewing Fundamentals course dates are April 27th & 28th, and we encourage you to reserve your spaces now due to the high demand for these courses. Finally, we do want to mention that our new temping policy has gone into effect. Be sure to request temps at least 2 weeks in advance.
