This week we cupped three coffees. We had two from Crop to Cup, a Ugandan Bugisu and their espresso blend, as well as sample of Colombian Golondrina from Counter Culture Coffee. I know last week we said we don’t normally cup coffees from Counter Culture, but I had some, and decided to cup it. Overall I was pleased with the outcome.
