Job Placement services are designed to source and place employees that have excellent customer service skills and are passionate about your unique coffee idea. We are happy to source candidates from all skill levels – from novice to expert – but all candidates we seek and post will have a customer-forward approach. TampTamp’s Job Placement also strives to be involved with a vast network of coffee people, making the process of selecting great candidates faster and simpler for our clients.
How the process works:
Companies seeking to find employees can schedule a a complimentary appointment with TampTamp to establish their hiring criteria. We often see a breakdown into three major categories: inexperienced baristas, trained or “bar ready” baristas, and Barista Managers/Trainers/Directors of Coffee. TampTamp will work with you to establish which placement type is best for your business, or if custom criteria is the right fit for you. Once the criteria is established, TampTamp begins the recruitment process for baristas, returning to the client with a selection of qualified candidates. Once the company selects the candidate, both candidate and the company begin employment under a 60-day trial. Payment is split into two fees – upfront and at the conclusion of employee trial. This simple process allow for companies to spend their time growing their business while utilizing the expertise of TampTamp to seek candidates that will further their growth goals.
