![]() In this course, students build on their espresso knowledge from Hands-On Espresso and begin to combine their espresso with steamed milk. TampTamp instructors describe the steaming process and how it influences taste in the cup. TampTamp instructors demonstrate milk steaming and latte art procedures that produces near-immediate results. Almost all students who have attended this course leave pouring latte art. Finally, TampTamp helps students recognize and troubleshoot problems with their steamed milk with plenty of practice time and support. Students in the Milk Steaming course receive both Bellissimo’s Extreme Pours DVD and an instructional handout to provide ongoing support after students leave the course and return to their cafes.
