![]() In this course, TampTamp teaches the best practices to maintain an efficient workspace during the busiest times in cafes. Instructors demonstrate rapid drink production for individual baristas and baristas working in pairs, and allow ample time for students to practice. In addition, TampTamp shows baristas how to carefully observe espresso shots while steaming milk, properly share milk among multiple espresso based beverages, and manage orders while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality. This course is a must for any cafe or barista looking to improve efficiency, save time and increase customers per hour.
